Esteban began as an estate agent before managing a team of agents. As an investor, both personally and through French property investment companies (SCIs), he has bought, managed as short- and long-term rentals, and resold houses and apartments in Sarthe.
He also ran a short-term rental management business in Le Mans, which he has since sold, after supporting hundreds of property owners in Sarthe.
